Carli Rene’ Reith began her cosmetology career in 2012 as an assistant in Overland Park, Kansas. Known for her passion and admiration for the industry, she transitioned to a stylist role with the opportunity to expand her own clientele. It was during this time that Carli began to develop her own personal style and technique. Her work finally took a huge jump leading to the launch of Carli Rene’ in 2019.

Her specialization and precision in hair extensions, lash extensions, and wedding hair/makeup brought her closer to her dream clientele and goals of expanding her entrepreneurial footprint. In 2021, she steered her success to new heights by expanding her salon and relocating to Downtown Parkville. 

Carli attributes her success to an unwavering dedication and love for the industry. She believes that every day is an opportunity to learn something new and grow as a stylist, firmly believing that there is always room for improvement regardless of how long one has been in the industry.

For Carli, cosmetology is not just a profession but an art form that allows her to express herself. She loves experimenting with new styles and hair colors, and specifically enjoys adding a personality to every look.

With her wide range of knowledge and expertise, Carli has been able to handpick resources and technology to make sure that each client receives a memorable experience. For years, her expertise has been reflected in her curations as with every client that she works with, Carli strives to create a unique look that will leave them feeling confident and their ‘own-selves.’

Her precision with technology, keen understanding of trends and eye for detail has made her an in-demand stylist in the industry. Despite growing ceaselessly in Parkville, her salon works on a personalized and intimate level with every individual and has resulted in a high retention rate of clients. The relationships that Carli builds with her clients are what keep them coming back for more.

Apart from working behind the chair, Carli loves rescuing dogs and spending time with her own three dogs, family and husband. She owes a big part of her success to her husband and family who have been the biggest cheerleaders of her journey. Amidst the hard work, determination and constant innovation in the cosmetology industry, her passion to explore and push boundaries seems unstoppable.
