While she is on her journey of enlightening families through her experiences and coaching, we caught up with  Nayyirah to understand more about her coaching.

1. What inspired you to transform others' lives?

The inspiration for me to transform lives is as a result of my upbringing being raised as a disadvantage child and not having access to self-improvement. Many of my life mistakes was simply because I did not know how to make a positive choice or decision. Many of my decisions was based upon the environment and circumstances I was exposed to.

2. According to you, what is the importance of spiritual and mental wellbeing and how do you align it with your coaching?

Spiritual well beingness for me is important because it gives one the ability to connect with their higher and a higher power beyond the conditions of this world. It gives one access to create and use their imagination to make life better and bring into existence what they desire from a positive and powerful state of existence. The Mental wellbeing is important as to 80% of our thoughts are negative according to the national science foundation so it’s important to intentionally work on our mental wellbeing. It’s my personal belief that we must imprint on our minds the success we desire to eradicate the generational trauma, drama, limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging ways. I align this with my practice by granting the individual their beingness of life helping them to locate where they desire change and help them to release the silent suffering make new powerful decisions and choices in life to align heart and mind together.

3. What do you consider a successful coaching session?

When a person has a new realization about a problem they had in life and get to change their mind about that problem with a new view point. Release the negative thought and set a new intention and decision that will lead to a happier and better mindset in the now along with a willingness to live a better future.

4. What is one piece of advice that you would give to somebody who is in the beginning stage of their coaching career?

Keep going show up and do the work trust your process and have FAITH, FOCUS and FOLLOW THROUGH. YOU will get the results.

5. What is one thing you want to change in the coaching industry and, how are you working toward making that change happen?

The one thing that I want to change in the coaching industry is that we should be seen as an alterative route to mental health and sought after just as one would seek out any other counseling service. I am working to establish that by being a mental health advocate and providing solutions to help one with the daily mental stress anxiety depression etc.

6. Lastly, what do you aim to achieve with your coaching approaches?

I hope to gain the trust and authenticity of being a transformational life coach, being one who can provide solutions getting my clients to attain self-mastery to create the results and life they desire.
