Gül Gürsoy, a distinguished executive, trainer, and coach, is renowned for her profound passion for transformation and leadership development since beginning her career in 2000. Gürsoy possesses extensive expertise in ideation and design thinking, performance analysis, strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational change management. She has successfully managed prestigious hotel opening training and development projects in Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, Seychelles, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan. Additionally, she has led training during hotel rebranding processes.

An Istanbul University graduate in German Language Teaching, Gürsoy's career began at her family's company, which was Türkiye's first barter organization. She managed supply and demand for hundreds of companies across twelve different sectors, offering technological solutions and contributing to the organization's success. Throughout her professional journey, she has gained competencies in HR, employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, training program design, and talent development.

Her achievements include learning programs that boosted satisfaction scores, creating service booklets that improved service consistency, and certifying 230 talents in the hospitality industry.
